Please book ahead of time or wait for the studio to phone you to arrange pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Booking in advance ensures the gallery with be open and ready to receive you. Cancellation is allowed, please reach out to say you will not make your appointment. Reschedule any time. If we have to cancel we will contact you as soon as possible prior to your appointment time to offer a new time. For completed projects, please schedule a pick up or wait for a phone call to arrange a time to ensure the item is ready for you. Showing up at the studio without notice could result in the item not being ready or the studio not being open.
