SHORT DESCRIPTION

An organic, sculptural form inspired by the movement of liquid around an opening. The Tide Earrings pair softly irregular hoops with elongated, flowing negative space, creating a sense of silver gathering, stretching, and shifting between solid mass and open space.

THE DESIGN

• Inspiration: Inspired by the movement of a current shaping its surroundings, the Tide Earrings explore the relationship between solid mass and negative space. Their undulating contours evoke silver flowing around an invisible force, capturing movement in a bold, sculptural form.

• Form: Each earring features an asymmetrical, rounded hoop with an elongated central opening and softly irregular edges. A smaller upper form connects to a larger suspended lower form, creating a layered silhouette that moves freely while maintaining a cohesive shape.

• Details: The substantial rounded profiles give the earrings dimensional weight, while the contrasting openings create visual lightness and movement. Smooth, polished surfaces emphasize the changing contours and catch light across the curves, highlighting the organic character of each form.

• Collection: Part of Vesper — The Alchemist, a collection exploring liquid silver and shadow. The Tide Earrings express Vesper's FLOW language: silver moving around, stretching through, and reshaping the space it occupies. Their sculptural silhouette brings the fluid, otherworldly character of Vesper into wearable form.
