SHORT DESCRIPTION
A study in silver caught between mass and motion, the Multidrop Studs gather three elongated drops beneath a rounded form. Sculptural and dramatic without relying on ornament, they create the illusion of molten silver stretching downward in multiple directions.
THE DESIGN
- Inspiration: Inspired by molten silver as it gathers and separates under gravity, the Multidrop Studs explore the moment a single mass begins to stretch into multiple flowing forms.
- Form: A rounded upper form gives rise to three elongated drops, each tapering through a narrow neck before swelling into a softly rounded tip. The three forms vary slightly in length and position, creating an organic, cascading silhouette.
- Details: The variation between the three drops gives the earrings a sense of movement and prevents the design from feeling overly symmetrical. The open spaces between the drops keep the substantial silhouette visually light, while polished surfaces emphasize the changing curves of the silver.
- Collection: Part of Vesper — The Alchemist, a collection exploring liquid silver and shadow. The Multidrop Studs express Vesper’s MELT language: one form becoming many as silver stretches, separates, and flows under its own weight.

These studs are meant to be dramatic on their own but can also be worn in tandem with other studs from the VESPER collection to create a series of melted shapes along the earlobe.

Caring for Sterling Silver
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time through exposure to air, moisture, cosmetics, and other environmental factors.
To care for your jewellery:
Store in a dry place when not being worn.
Keep away from perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, and chlorine.
Remove before swimming, bathing, or using cleaning products.
Clean gently with a soft jewellery-polishing cloth.
Avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the surface.
