SHORT DESCRIPTION
A sculptural form inspired by silver melting and stretching under its own weight. The Melt Charm gathers into a broad, rounded mass before separating into two descending forms, creating an irregular silhouette that feels caught between solid and liquid.
THE DESIGN
Inspiration: Inspired by the moment a solid form begins to soften and flow, the Melt Charm explores the transformation of silver into something fluid and unpredictable. Its descending forms suggest a material stretching under gravity, preserving a moment of movement in a compact sculptural piece.
Form: A substantial upper mass flows into two asymmetrical extensions of different lengths, creating an irregular open silhouette. The extensions taper and swell along their curves, maintaining a continuous, organic transition from the central body.
Details: The rounded central mass gives the charm visual weight, while the uneven extensions create movement and an off-centre balance. Smooth, polished surfaces emphasize the changing contours and catch light across the form, with a circular connection point at the top allowing the charm to move freely within the Vesper System.
Collection: Part of Vesper — The Alchemist, a collection exploring liquid silver and shadow. The Melt Charm expresses Vesper's MELT language: silver softening, stretching, and descending into unexpected forms. Designed to be worn alone or combined with other charms, links, and foundations as part of the Vesper System.

Caring for Sterling Silver
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time through exposure to air, moisture, cosmetics, and other environmental factors.
To care for your jewellery:
Store in a dry place when not being worn. Keep away from perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, and chlorine. Remove before swimming, bathing, or using cleaning products. Clean gently with a soft jewellery-polishing cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the surface.
