SHORT DESCRIPTION
A sculptural sequence of rounded silver forms, the Gather Link explores the moment when separate masses begin to collect into a single composition. Graduated forms swell and contract along the length of the link, creating a sense of rhythm and movement while maintaining Vesper's distinctly fluid character.
THE DESIGN
Inspiration: Inspired by droplets of molten silver gathering together, the Gather Link explores repetition, accumulation, and the changing scale of organic forms. Each rounded mass feels distinct while remaining part of one continuous composition.
Form: A series of softly rounded forms increases and decreases in scale along the length of the link, creating a gentle rhythm between the two connection points. The irregular arrangement gives the piece an organic quality while the overall silhouette remains balanced and cohesive.
Details: The varied proportions of the rounded forms create shifting highlights and shadows across the polished surface. Larger central forms give the link visual weight, while smaller forms taper toward either end and transition naturally into the circular connection points.
Collection: Part of Vesper — The Alchemist, a collection exploring liquid silver and shadow. The Gather Link expresses Vesper's GATHER language: individual forms accumulating, swelling, and settling together as though shaped by movement and gravity. Designed to connect with other Vesper links, charms, and foundations as part of the Vesper System.

Caring for Sterling Silver
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time through exposure to air, moisture, cosmetics, and other environmental factors.
To care for your jewellery:
Store in a dry place when not being worn. Keep away from perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, and chlorine. Remove before swimming, bathing, or using cleaning products. Clean gently with a soft jewellery-polishing cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the surface.
